  • 2 containers (8 ounces) soy cream cheese, chilled

  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 1 c yogurt

Heat oil in a large pot over medium high heat

  • Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons chopped thyme
  • 3 1/2 to 4 cups low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2 cups cubed or shredded turkey or chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked wide egg noodles
  • 1 (15-ounce) can cannellini beans, drained
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can sliced carrots, drained
  • Salt and pepper to taste
