- 1 cup all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) cold, unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- 1 large egg yolk, lightly beaten
- 4 ounces fresh mild goat cheese
- 8 small ripe plums, pitted and quartered
- 3 tablespoons honey
Bibb Lettuce with Citrus Herb Dressing

1. Combine mixed herbs, EVOO, lemon juice, chives, salt, & pepper
- 3/4 c chopped mixed herbs (parsley, tarragon, mint, etc)
- 1/2 c EVOO
- 1/3 c lemon juice
- 2 T chopped chives

- 4 celery stalks, thinly sliced on bias

- 3 c peas, fresh or thawed frozen

- 2 T fresh chopped dill
