Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 10 graham crackers
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 stick unsalted butter
- 0.50 c. granulated sugar
- 0.50 c. dark-brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 8 oz. dark chocolate chips
- 2 c. marshmallow crème
- 2.25 tsp. Flaky sea salt
Guinness Gingerbread

Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F
- 1 1/4 sticks 10 (tablespoons) butter, plus some for greasing
- 1 cup golden syrup (such as Lyle's)
- 1 cup (packed) plus 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 1 cup stout (such as Guinness)
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/4 cups sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 rectangular aluminium foil pan or cake pan, approximately 13 by 9 by 2-inches
Homemade Granola Bars

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 2 c Old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 c Wheat germ
- 2 c Crispy rice cereal
- 1 c Nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- Pinch salt
- 2 tbsp Canola oil
- 4 Egg whites, lightly beaten
- 1/3 c Honey
- 1/4 c Mini chocolate chips
Salted Peanut Bars

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 7 ounce jar marshmallow creme
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup salted cocktail peanuts
- 1 14 ounce package vanilla caramels, unwrapped
- 3 tablespoons milk
Nacho Potato Soup

In a 3-qt. saucepan, combine the contents of potato package, corn, tomatoes and water
- 1 package (5-1/4 ounces) au gratin potatoes
- 1 can (11 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups 2% milk
- 2 cups cubed process American cheese (Velveeta)
- Dash hot pepper sauce, optional
- Minced fresh parsley, optional
Beer Battered Avocado Tacos [Vegan]

Heat the oil over high heat in a pot; be sure you make it deep enough to submerge the avocado
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup lager (I used a light lager)
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp sriracha sauce
