  • 1/4 c butter, melted (for topping)

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp sugar or vanilla sugar
  • 1 c raisins

  • 1 Tbsp italian herb mix (or Penzey's tuscan sunset or pasta sprinkle)
  • 1/4 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

Preheat oven 400 Put paper liners in the cups of your muffin pan, or use nonstick baking spray liberally

  • 1 cup whole milk (or, you can use something like 2/3 cup 2 percent milk, and 1/3 cup half-and-half mixed together)
