Bacon Swiss Squares

In a large bowl, combine the biscuit mix and water
- 2 cups biscuit/baking mix
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 8 ounces sliced Swiss cheese
- 1 pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Italian Artichokes and Chicken

Rinse chicken. Pat dry. In a skillet cook garlic for 15 seconds
- 3 whole med. chicken breasts (2 1/4 lbs.), skinned, boned
- clove garlic or 1/2 tsp. minced
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 2 Tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1/2 c. or 2 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and halved
- Hot macaroni or noodles (optional)

Dissolve red hots in water
- 3 oz box of red gelatin (strawberry)
- 1/4 cup red hots
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 cups applesauce
Bundt Coffee Cake

- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 box yellow cake
- 1 package vanilla instant pudding
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup oil
Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
- 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Baked Spaghetti

In a large skillet, saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1 28 ounce can tomatoes with liquid, cut up (I use petite diced)
- 1 4 ounces Can mushroom stems & pieces, drained
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 pound ground beef; browned and drained
- 12 ounces spaghetti; cooked and drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 10-3/4 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Cream Gravy

Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil, and remove from heat
- 1 cup milk
- 1 (1/4-inch-thick) onion slice
- 1 fresh parsley sprig
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine (use drippings from fried chicken if available)
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons whipping cream
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillion granules
- Dash of nutmeg
Dill Sauce for Salmon

In a small bowl, combine mayonaise, sour cream, dill, parsley, scallion, lemon juice and 1/8 t
- 1/2 c. mayonaise
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 T. minced fresh dill, or 2 t. dried
- 2 T. minced parsley
- 1 scallion, minced
- 1-1/2 t. fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 t. ground pepper
Raspberry Custard Pie

- 1-1/2 to 2 c. berries
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2-1/2 to 3 T. flour
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. cinnamon
- touch of nutmeg
- 2 eggs, beaten
Sausage Breakfast Casserole

Cook sausages in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring until sausage crumbles and is no longer pink
- 1 lb mild ground pork sausage
- 1 lb hot ground pork sausage
- 1 (30 oz) package frozen hash browns
- 1-1/2 teaspoon salt, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
