Amazing Pasta/Fish/Chicken Sauce

In a skillet, cook onion in olive oil over medium high heat until tender and translucent
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 1 T. olive oil
- 5 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 (16 oz) can Italian diced tomatoes
- 1 (6.5 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 T. capers, chopped
- 15 kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- 2 T. balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- crushed red pepper to taste (optional)
- crumbled Feta or grated Parmesan cheese
Banana Pudding

Combine sugar, flour and salt in heavy saucepan
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3 T. flour
- 2 t. flour
- dash of salt
- 1 (14 oz) can condensed milk
- 2-1/2 c. half and half
- 4 eggs, separated
- 2 t. vanilla
- vanilla wafers
- 6 large bananas
Buttery Cooked Carrots

Chicken Nachos

- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
- 1 (12 ounce) package corn tortilla chips, or as needed
- 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Mexican-style cheese blend
- 1 (7 ounce) can diced green chilies, drained
Shish Kabob Marinade

- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- dash of dry mustard

Easy Homestyle Green Beans

- 3 slices bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 (15 ounce) can green beans, with liquid
- 1 cube chicken bouillon
Kurts Chuckwagon Casserole

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef and onions; drain fat
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 oz) can mild enchilado sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 2 cups crushed corn chips
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- parsley flakes
- paprika
Beer Mustard Marinade

Mix together and marinade in refrigerator for 8 to 24 hours
- 1 cup beer
- 1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard
- 3 tablespoons light molasses
- 2 teaspoon Worchester sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

- 2 cans (15 oz) kidney beans
- 2 small cans of tomato sauce
- 1 can (15 oz) chopped tomatoes with chilis
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 Tablespoon chili powder (heaping)
