- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium/lite soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 25 small square wonton wrappers (often stocked near the tofu in the fridge section of the market)
- For Dipping Sauce
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium/lite soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
