- 4 1/2 pound boneless chuck roast
- 3 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt, divided
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary leaves
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups beef stock or low-sodium canned beef broth
- 12 ounces cola soda
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 1/2 tablespoons flour

1)Heat oven to 375 degrees
- TART:
- 1 Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust (from 15oz box) softened as directed on box
- 2 medium apples,peeled,diced (about 2-1/2 cups)
- 1/3 Cup packed brown sugar
- 2 Tsp all-purpose flour
- 1 Tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 Tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 Pkg (8oz) cream cheese,softened
- 1/3 Cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 Tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- GLAZE:
- 1/2 Cup powdered sugar
- 1-2 Tsp milk

1) Rinse beans. Place beans in a large bowl or Dutch oven
- 1 pound dried red kidney beans
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound turkey kielbasa, cut into 1/4-inch thick rounds

- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
