1) In large bowl, mix all dressing ingredients until well blended
- Creamy Honey Dressing:
- 1 cup sour cream or Yoplait® Fat Free plain yogurt (from 2-lb container)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons ground mustard
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
- Salad:
- 1 lb smoked turkey or chicken, cut into 1/4-inch strips (4 cups)
- 8 oz provolone or Swiss cheese, cut into cubes
- 4 medium celery stalks, sliced (2 cups)
- 1 cup honey-roasted cashews
- 1 quart strawberries, cut in half (4 cups)
- Salad greens, if desired
- Cashews, if desired
- Strawberries, if desired
Dips (Queso Fundido del Grito)

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a skillet, cook the chorizo until almost done, drain well
- 1/2 package (5 oz.) Cacique® Pork Chorizo or Cacique® Beef Chorizo
- 1 package Cacique® Queso Quesadilla, shredded
- 1/2 cup fresh poblano pepper, seeded and sliced 1/2 inch strips
- 1/2 cup white onion, sliced 1/2 inch strips
- 1/2 cup tequila
- 1/4 cup finely chopped tomato
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- Tortillas or chips

- 8 to 10 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 part white chocolate liqueur
- 1 part coffee liqueur
- 1 part brandy

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup panko (Japanese) bread crumbs
- 1 egg

- 3 tablespoons olive oil
