- 3 heads romaine lettuce, cut in 1/2 lengthwise
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- Freshly ground black pepper

- 2-4 leaves green leafy lettuce

Using a blender, mix the milk, cream cheese, vanilla and cinnamon and blend until smooth

- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1 cup freshly cooked white rice, at room temperature
- Pinch ground nutmeg

1) Cook and drain pasta as directed on package
- 2 cups uncooked fusilli pasta (8 oz)
- 1 container (7 oz) refrigerated basil pesto
- 1 1/2 cups quartered cherry tomatoes
- 5 oz hard salami, cut into 1/2-inch cubes (about 1 cup)
- 2/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
