- 1 1/2 tsp instant espresso powder
- Salt and Pepper
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 1 1/2 pounds), cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil

- 3 Tbsp molasses

- 1/4 Cup lemon juice
- 3/4 Cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 Cup chopped onion

- 1/4 Cup chopped celery

- 2 Tbsp prepared horseradish
- 3 Tbsp creole whole-grain mustard
- 3 Tbsp prepared yellow mustard

- 3 Tbsp chopped parsley leaves
