1)Prepare rice according to package directions
- 1 (7oz) box instant rice,Minute Rice
- 1 Lb boneless center-cut loin pork chops,cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 1/2 Tsp minced garlic,divided
- 1 Tsp ground ginger,divided
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil,divided
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 4 large eggs lightly beaten
- 1 Cup shredded lettuce
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
- Garnish:diagonally sliced green onions
Soup (Maryland Crab)

Fry bacon,crumble and set aside
- 1 (14.5oz) cans stewed tomatoes
- 3 Cups water
- 1 (16oz) bag frozen vegetables
- 2 Tbsp chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp (or to taste) Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 Cups beef broth
- 1 Lb crabmeat
- 1 Lb stew beef
- 1/2 Lb bacon
- Cabbage,to taste
- Potatoes,to taste

1) Preheat an outdoor grill, indoor griddle or grill pan to medium-high heat
- 5 - 6 large cloves garlic, minced or grated
- A generous handful basil, thinly sliced or torn
- A couple of palmfuls chopped fresh thyme
- 3 lemons
- 1 fresh chile pepper, such as red cherry or fresno, seeded and finely chopped
- A handful finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup tahini paste
- 1 About 1 tbsp. white balsamic or white wine vinegar
- 4 pieces skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-size cubes
- 1 heart romaine lettuce, shredded
- 4 crusty, foot-long rolls, split
- 1 cup drained giardiniera (pickled vegetables), chopped

- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Lb ground sirloin
- Salt & Black pepper to taste
- 2 Tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 small onion,chopped
- 2 cloves garlic,chopped
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 Can(8 oz) tomato sauce
- 8 Hot dogs
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp hot sauce
- 8 Hot dog buns,toasted
- 2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese
Breakfast (Steak and Eggs with Salsa Verde & Fontina)

1) Heat the broiler. Rub steak with paprika, salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds skirt or flank steak
- 1 teaspoon sweet or smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
- 3 cups medium-hot salsa verde
- 8 eggs
- 6 ounces fontina cheese, coarsely grated

- 1 (16 ounce) package linguine pasta
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 zucchini, sliced

- 3/4 cup chopped shallots
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Lb large or jumbo scallops
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 1 1/2 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 cans (10 oz each) Old El Paso enchilada sauce
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 can (4 oz) whole green chiles, drained, chopped
- 12 no-boil lasagna noodles
- 4 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend (16 oz)
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained

1) Cook rotini to desired doneness as directed on package, adding broccoli during last 3 minutes of cook time
- Salad:
- 3 cups uncooked rotini pasta
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 4 oz thinly sliced Genoa salami, cut into strips
- 1 can (15 oz) Progresso® dark red kidney beans, drained, rinsed
- 4 medium plum (Roma) tomatoes, cut into thin wedges
- 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 medium red onion, sliced, rinsed
- Parmesan-Pepper Dressing:
- 3/4 cup Italian dressing
- 1/2 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese (2 oz)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons coarse ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
