2 Minute Quickie Fudge

Mix powdered sugar, cocoa, butter and milk in a saucepan and cook for 2 minutes
- 1 lb Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 cup Cocoa
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Walnuts
- 1 cup Mini Marshmallows
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Sweet Pastry Dough

Makes enough for 2 single-crust pies or tarts, or 1 double-crust Pie
- 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour (spoon into dry-measure cup and level)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, chilled and cut into 12 pieces
- 2 large eggs

Orange Rolls

One of our family favorites
- Orange Filling:
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 tablespoons grated orange rind
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1-1/2 cups confectioners sugar
- Use with 1/2 recipe of the sweet roll dough, recipe below.
- Double the recipe if using whole sweet roll dough recipe or if you are going to add more filling to the top as frosting.

- 2 packages yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup lukewarm milk
- 1/2 cup soft butter - 1/2 cube
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 2 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1 1/2 cups Light Corn Syrup
- 1/4 cup Water, Plus 2 tsp
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 cups Raw Spanish Peanuts
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla

Apricot Dream Jello

Dissolve the jello in boiling water
- 1 large package Orange or Apricot Jello
- (I used 1 small Orange and 1 small Apricot Jello)
- 1 pint Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 20 ounce can Pitted Apricots, drained
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 2 cups Boiling Water
Pumpkin Streusel Muffins

Pour the cake mix and spices into a medium size bowl
- Variations:
- 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
- 15 oz can Libby Pumpkin
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Cloves
- 1 tsp McCormick Valencia Orange Peel, optional
- Streusel Topping: optional
- 6 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
- Add a sprinkling of Cinnamon Sugar on top
- Add 1/2 to 1 cup Raisins
- Add 1/2 to 1 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
- Add 1/2 to 1 cup Walnuts or Pecans, chopped
