Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl
- Dry ingredients:
- 5 cups oats
- 3 cups almonds - sliced
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 3/4 cup un-toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- Wet ingredients in a pan:
- 3/4 cup applesauce
- 3/4 cup honey
Mom's Chocolate Pudding

Stir first 5 ingredients and bring to a boil
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 cups milk
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp butter
Easy Butterscotch Drop Scones

Mix all dry ingredients together in large mixing bowl
- 2 cups White Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/3 cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Cardamom
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp McCormick Gourmet Collection, Valencia Orange Peel
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Butter, cold, cut into small pieces
- 1/3 cup Butterscotch Chips
- 1/3 cup White Vanilla Chips
- 1/2 cup Fat-Free Half and Half, plus 1-2 tbsp if needed
Crunchy Baked Chicken Tenders

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line the baking sheets with foil and spray with cooking spray
- In the first bowl mix together:
- 1-1/2 cups Flour
- 2 tsp Salt, or to taste
- 2 tsp Pepper, or to taste
- In second bowl:
- 6 Eggs, lightly beaten
- In the third bowl mix together:
- 3-1/2 cups Panko Crumbs
- 1 tbsp Dried Basil
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 3 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1-1/2 tsp Cayenne Powder
- 4 lbs Chicken Tenders

- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar, packed
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3/4 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Nuts

- 1 cup Low-Fat Sour Cream, you can use non-fat
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Corn Flakes, crushed
- 1/3 cup Red Bell Pepper, minced
- 1/3 cup Onion, chopped finely
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/3 cup Corn Flakes, crushed
- 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese, flakes or grated
