- 1 Egg, large
- 1/4 cup Low Fat Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Blue Diamond Vanilla Milk
- 1 tsp Orange or Lemon Zest
- 2-1/4 cups White Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
- 1/4 cup Sugar, plus more for sprinkling if desired

- 4 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 heaping cup Fresh Diced Strawberries
Roasted Chicken & Spicy Peanut Soba Noodles

- Spicy Peanut Sauce:
- 1/2 cup Toasted Sesame Oil
- 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger,grated
- 2 tbsp Sriracha Hot Sauce
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Hot Water
- Chicken and Noodles:
- 4 cups Chicken, shredded from a whole roasted chicken
- 1/2 lb Buckwheat Soba Noodles
- Green Salad:
- 1/2 Hothouse Cucumber, thinly sliced
- 3 ribs Celery, thinly sliced on the bias
- 1 cup Cilantro Leaves
- 2-3 Scallions, finely sliced on the bias

- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg, large
- 2 tsp Vanilla

- 2-1/4 cups Unbleached Flour
- 1 lb Rhubarb, roughly chopped
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 pod Star Anise
- 1/2 Vanilla Bean
- 1 cup Almonds, chopped or blitzed
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- Powdered Sugar for dusting
Lori's Mexican Salsa

Put it all in a blender and pulse or chop to your desired texture
- 2 cans Mexican Stewed Tomatoes, Safeway brand is preferred
- 1 big heaping teaspoon Mexican Oregano
- 1 big heaping teaspoon Cumin
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Garlic, coarsely chopped
- 1 level teaspoon Garlic Salt
- Pepper to taste
- 1 big handful fresh Cilantro Leaves
- 1/4 cup or to taste Onion, coarsely chopped
- Note: The heaping teaspoons look more like level tablespoons!

- 6 tbsp Butter, cold and cut into pieces
- 1 cup mix-in ie. raisins, dried cherries, dried cranberries, any chopped dried fruit, nuts, or any flavor chips, or a combination of several.
