- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 stick Butter, melted
- 1/2 cup Onions, finely chopped
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, grated
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 cups Crushed Corn Flakes
- 1 stick Butter, melted
- Bacon, crumbled, if desired
Lemon Sauce

Combine first 4 ingredients in sauce pan
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- Dash salt
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 tsp grated lemon peel
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp butter or margarine
Bridge Club Chicken Casserole

Combine casserole ingredients in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole
- Casserole:
- 2 cups Chicken, chopped
- 1 cup Seasoned Croutons
- 1 cup Frozen Peas
- 1 Onion, medium
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 1/4 cups Chicken Broth
- 1/4 cup Mayonaise
- Topping:
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Celery Salt
- 1 cup Cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Mayonaise
- 1/2 Almonds, slivered
- 1/4 cup Flour
Hot Cakes

Very light and fluffy
- 4 cups Flour
- 2 tbsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1-2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pkg Yeast
- 6 Eggs
- 1 quart Buttermilk
Cottage Cheese Cookies

Mix all ingredients together and divide into 4 equal parts
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup cottage cheese

Salmon Quiche

Pour into prebaked crust. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
- 1-15 oz Can Salmon, drained and flaked
- save 1/2 cup liquid
- 3 Eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp Onion, minced
- 1/4 tsp Dill Weed
- dash Tabasco Sauce
Buffalo Chicken Wings with Blue Cheese Dip

Wings: Cut chicken wings at joints, discarding smallest part of the wing ( the tip end)
- Wings:
- 4 lbs (24) Chicken Wings
- Salt and Pepper
- 4 cups Vegetable or Peanut Oil (or enough to cover)
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2-5 tbsp Hot sauce (not tabasco)
- 1 tbsp White Vinegar
- Blue Cheese Dip:
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Onion, chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Parsley, fresh, chopped
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp White Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Blue Cheese, crumbled, Treasure Cave
- Cayenne Pepper
- Salt and Pepper
Choco-Cheese Cake

Heat oven to 400. Combine flour, powdered sugar and salt
- Crust:
- 2 cups Flour
- 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Butter or Margarine
- 2 tbsp water
- Filling:
- 5 8oz pkgs Cream Cheese
- 8 oz Sweet Cooking Chocolate
- 1 1/2 cups Sugar
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 5 Eggs
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 1/4 cup Whipping Cream
Easy Barbeque Sauce

- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
