In mixing bowl, combine butter, sugar, egg, cream cheese and buttermilk

- 1 stick Unsalted Butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cups Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 3 oz Cream Cheese
- 2 tbsp Buttermilk
- 3 cups Flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 t Salt
- Filling
- 2 cups Fresh Strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup Strawberry Preserves
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Lemon Zest

- 2 cups Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 4 Egg Yolks
- 1/2 cup Water, approx.
Mini Caramel Apple Pies

Pesto

Blend all ingredients in blender on pulse speed to desired texture
- 2 cups Basil, rinsed and dried
- 1/3 cup Cashews, Hazelnuts or Pine nuts or nuts of choice
- 3-6 Cloves Garlic, to taste
- 3/4 to 1 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 t Salt
- pinch of Pepper
- pinch of Sugar
