Lightly Salted and Barely Sweet Lemon Almonds

Place almonds in a medium sized bowl
- 3 cups Unblanched Almonds (Raw)
- 1-1/4 cups Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tbsp Turbinado Sugar
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Garlic Sauce

Mix all ingredients together
- 4 or 5 Large Cloves Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil, extra virgin
- 1 tbsp Basil, dried
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
- Cayenne Pepper
- Water

- 1 cup Orange Juice
- 1 Orange, Grated
- 1/4 cup Canola Oil
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1 Egg
- 1-1/2 cups Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
- 1/2 cup Oat Bran
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 cup Ripe Banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup Nutty Granola

Brown and simmer the first 4 ingredients for 5 minutes
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp oil
- 3/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 tea salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 tea garlic powder
- 1/8 tea oregano
- 1/2 small bay leaf
- 1 can or 1 pound tomatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup minute rice or 3/4 cup regular rice
- grated cheese
- sliced olives

For the chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a dutch oven with the chicken broth, water, bay leaves, thyme, pepper...
- Chicken and Stock:
- 4 large Chicken Breasts
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 4 to 5 Black Peppercorns
- 1 head Garlic, split through through the equator
- 4 cups Pre-Made Chicken Broth, I used Swanson
- 2 cups Water
- 2 tsp Salt
- Buttermilk-Chive Dumplings:
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Chives, chopped
- 3/4 to 1 cup Buttermilk
- Sauce:
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2-3 Carrots, diced
- 2-3 stalks Celery, diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1/4-1/3 cup Flour
- 1 cup Frozen Peas
- 1 cup Frozen Pearl Onions
- 1/4-1/3 cup Heavy Cream
- Freshly ground pepper, for garnish
- Chopped Chives, for garnish

Sweet Roll Dough

An overnight sweet roll dough with three variations; Orange Rolls, Cinnamon Twists and Hungarian Coffee Cake
- 1 pkg Active Dry Yeast
- 1/2 cup Warm Water
- 1/2 cup Lukewarm Milk, scalded then cooled
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1/3 cup Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Egg
- 3-1/2 to 4 cups All Purpose Flour* (Gold Medal of course)
Pineapple Meatballs

Mix all meatball ingredients and form into meatballs
- Meatballs:
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 slice bread
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 lb ground round steak
- 1 egg
