This Grandma's Favorite Pie Crust

This is the easiest and best pie crust ever! No rolling involved
- 1-3/4 cups All Purpose Flour
- 6 tablespoons Butter
- 3 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 6 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 Egg

- 2 Eggs, separated
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 1 3/4 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup Cooking Oil
Peanut Butter Cup Rice Krispies Treats

Butter a 9 x 13 pan and set aside
- 6 cups Rice Krispies
- 1 bag Miniature Marshmallows
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 2 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 bag Miniature Peanut Butter Cups (about 40), quartered
- 1 cup Milk Chocolate, melted
Chicken and Goat Cheese

Chicken sauteed with garlic and mushrooms, added to a creamy sauce with sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil
- 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into bite size chunks and lightly sprinkled with salt
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 basket Mushrooms, sliced
- 5-10 Cloves of Garlic, minced, or to taste
- 6 oz. Sun-Dried Tomatoes, or to taste
- 1-1/2 cups Fresh Basil, chiffionade
- 1/3 cup Chicken Broth
- 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/3 cup Pasta Water, saved
- Ground Pepper, to taste
- Cheyenne Pepper, couple shakes
- 4-6 oz. Goat Cheese, keep cool until needed
- 1/3 cup Pine Nuts, toasted
- 1 lb. Penne Pasta, cooked to al dente

- 1-1/2 tsp Penzy's Ginger Powder
- 1 tsp Ground Allspice
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cloves
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1-1/2 cups Low Fat Buttermilk
- 1 cup Canned Pumpkin
- 1-2 large Eggs
- 4 tbsp Butter, Melted
- 1 tbsp Watkins Vanilla Nut Extract

- Crust:
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 cup Butter, softened
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- Filling:
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
- Rind of 2 Lemons
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 3 tbsp Flour
- Icing:
- 1-1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tbsp Butter, browned
- 1 tbsp Milk
Chicken and White Bean Soup

Chop the onion, carrots, celery and garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup Carrots, chopped
- 1/2 cup Celery, chopped
- 8 cloves Garlic, chopped
- 1-2 Chicken Breasts, cut into pieces
- 2 cans Great Northern Beans, rinsed
- 1 can Stewed Tomatoes, chopped
- 4 cups Chicken Stock
- 1 tsp Herb de Provence
- 1/4 cup Heavy Cream or milk
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp Hickory Liquid Smoke (optional)

- 1 6 oz can Lemonade,thawed
- 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 3 tbsp Catsup
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Water,cold
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
Cherry Balsamic Vinegar

- 1-1/2 -2 cups Fresh Cherries, smashed with pits
- 1 Bottle of White Balsamic Vinegar or any Balsamic Vinegar (keep empty bottle to pour final product into.)
