Pecan Crusted Sliders

With palm of hand flatten pork slices to 1/4" thickness
- 12 oz. pork tenderloin, sliced crosswise in 8 pieces
- 1 egg
- 2 T honey
- 1 C finely chopped pecans
- 2 T cooking oil
- 1 small green apple
- 1 1/2 C shredded broccoli (broccoli slaw)
- 1/4 C mayonnaise
- 8 small buns or dinner rolls
Blueberry Crumble Pie

Brush bottom and sides of crust with egg yolk
- 1 Keebler ready crust graham pie crust
- 1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
- 1/2 C flour
- 1/2 C rolled oats
- 3 T sugar
- 3 T brown sugar
- 1/4 C butter, melted
Regency Seed Cakes

Melt butter. In large bowl, combine eggs with sugar
- 1 C butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 C sugar
- 6 T poppy seeds
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t salt
- 1 t orange extract
- 1/2 t orange zest
- 5 C flour
- 3/4 C orange juice
- 1/2 C sugar for later
Cranberry Cream Pie

Warm the orange juice and sugar in a small pan over low heat until the sugar dissolves
- 1 C fresh orange juice
- 1 C sugar
- 5 oz. shortbread cookies
- 1/2 C roasted almonds
- 4 T unsalted butter, melted
- 1 8 oz. package frozen cranberries thawed
- 1 1/4 oz. packet unflavored gelatin
- 2 C heavy cream
- 9 inch spring form pan
Candy Bar Bar Cookies

Foil line a 9 x 13 pan. Let foil flap over sides
- 1 C butter
- 3/4 C sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 t vanilla
- 1/2 t salt
- 2 1/2 C flour
- 5 - 3 oz. chocolate candy bars (Nestles milk chocolate)
- 1/4 C sugar
Cottage Casserole

Cook pasta according to directions, omitting salt and undercooking by 2 minutes
- 12 ounces bow tie or elbow pasta
- 4 C Spicy Tomato Sauce or bottled marinara sauce
- 1 container low fat cottage cheese (1 pound)
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 package ( 10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed of excess liquid
- 3/4 C chopped scallions
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 2 C shredded cheddar cheese
Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 T white wine
- 2 tomatoes, chopped

- 1/2 t dried basil

- 3/4 C whole wheat flour
- 3/4 C flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/4 t baking soda
- 1/4 t salt

- 1/4 t nutmeg
- 2 large egg whites at room temp
- 1 C sugar
- 1/2 C unsweetened applesauce
- 2 T canola oil
- 1/4 t lemon extract (optional)
- 1 C grated zucchini, lightly packed
- 2 T chopped walnuts

- 5 eggs
- 1 1/2 C heavy whipping cream
- 2 C grated Gryere cheese
- 1 C diced cooked bacon
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1/4 t nutmeg
Mustard Roasted Beef Tenderloin

- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
