Guy Fieri's Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
- 4 medium-size sweet potatoes
- 5 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter
- Vegetable oil, for greasing roasting tray
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Homemade Taco Seasoning

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl
- 1/4 cup ancho chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 to 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (to taste)
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp ground cumin
- 3 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Pumpkin Bourbon Pudding

1. In a small bowl, whip together mayonnaise and cream until it forms soft peaks
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream

Combine all of the ingredients (minus the candy) in a blender or food processor; and puree until completely smooth

- 1 heaping cup mini Reese’s cups, wrappers removed, frozen and chopped

- 6 ounces (3/4 cup) frozen limeade concentrate
- 6 ounces (3/4 cup) tequila
- 4 ounces (1/2 cup) beer
- 2 ounces (1/4 cup) orange juice
- 2 cups ice cubes
- Coarse salt (optional)
Chai Spiced Sweet Potatoes

- 4 large sweet potatoes (or yams) cut into bite size pieces (I leave the skin on)
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- dash white pepper
