Hershey's Best Chocolate Cheesecake

Prepare crust. Combine chocolate crumbs and butter, press onto bottom of 9" springform pan
- CRUST:
- 3 pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 container (8oz) sour cream
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
- 1/4 stick butter or margarine.
- DRIZZLE:
- 1/2 c. Hershey's semi-sweet chips
- 2 tsp. shortening
Spinach and Mushroom Lasagna

- 1/2 c. butter, plus extra for greasing
- 2 garlic cloves, fine chopped
- 4 oz. shallots
- 8 oz. wild mushrooms
- 1 lb. spinach, cooked, drained, fine chopped
- 2 1/4 c. grated colby cheese
- 1/4 tsp. fresh grated nutmeg
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh basil
- 2 oz. flour
- 2 1/2 c. hot milk
- 2/3 c. grated Cheshire cheese
- 8 sheets precooked lasagna noodles

- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. milk

- 1 bag (7oz) baby spinach, coarsely chopped

- 1/2 c. crumbled herb-flavored feta cheese

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 lbs. extra-lean ground beef
- 3/4 c. old-fashioned oats
- 2 egg whites
- 1 c. chili sauce, divided
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
