In small bowl, combine the flour, oats, and brown sugar
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. old fashioned oats
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. cold butter
- 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 c. finely chopped fresh or frozen rhubarb

In a 3qt. saucepan, stir-fry pork, mushrooms, celery and carrots in oil till pork is browned and veggies are tender
- 2/3 lb. boneless pork loin, cut into thin strips
- 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. diced carrots
- 2 tbsp. veg. oil
- 6 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. chopped fresh spinach
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
