- 8 c. broccoli florets (about 1 1/4 lbs.)
- 2 c. low-salt chicken broth
- 1 c. plus 4 tsp. whipping cream
- 3 TBSP. unsalted butter
- Ground white pepper

Cream sugar and butter until fluffy
- 4 squares chocolate, melted
- 2 sticks butter or margarine
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup nuts, optional
Chicken, Kiwi, and Mango Salad

Place grated ginger in small strainer set over bowl
- 2 TBSP. finely grated ginger
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 TBSP. fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp. finely grated lime peel
- 2 cups cooked diced chicken from store-bought rotisserie chicken
- 1 1/2 lbs. large mangoes, peeled, pitted, cut into 1/2" cubes (about 2 cups)
- 1 1/4 lbs. kiwis, peeled, cut into 1/2" cubes (about 2 cups), divided
- 1 TBSP. sliced fresh mint plus sprigs( for garnish)
- 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup roasted salted cashews, halved
- Salt and freshly ground pepper.
Pork Roast

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 1 (4 lb.) pork tenderloin
- 1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. white pepper
- 1 tsp. cayenne
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 TBSP. chopped fresh thyme, or 1 tsp. dried
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Mom's Buttermilk Biscuits

In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 3/4 c. buttermilk
Spicy Buffalo Wings

For the chicken wings: Sprinkle wings with salt and next 3 ingredients
- For the spicy buffalo sauce:
- 2 1/2 lbs. already cut chicken wing pieces
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Vegetable oil
- Spicy Buffalo Sauce
- Cool Ranch Sauce
- Celery sticks
- 1 (8 OZ.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (5 oz.) bottle hot sauce Cholula Originial Hot Sauce)
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- For the Cool Ranch Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
- 1/4 tsp. lemon zest
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste until smooth
Easy Lush Pot Roast

Sprinkle chuck roast with meat tenderizer
- 2-3 Lb. chuck roast
- meat tenderizer
- 2 Tbsp. A-1 sauce
- 1 Pkg. dry onion soup mix, undiluted
- 1 can golden cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, undrained
- potatoes if desired
- carrots if desired
- celery if desired
Corn-Tangy in their Jackets

Pull a lengthwise strip of corn husk (about 1-1/2" wide) from each ear to expose kernels and discard husk strip
- 6 ears corn, unhusked
- 5 1/2 TBSP. unsalted butter
- 1 TBSP. chopped fresh coriander
- 1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 2 TBSP. mayo
- 2 TBSP. fresh lime juice
- 10 oz. sharp white cheddar cheese, grated coarse (about 3 cups)
- 1/2 c. dry breadcrumbs
- vegetable oil for brushing husks
Fried Zucchini

Whisk 1/2 cup each flour and cornstarch, kosher salt, water and egg in a bowl
- Sauce:
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 cup water
- 1 egg
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1/2 grated pecorino cheese
- 2 large zucchini
- salt and pepper
- Mix mayo with chopped parsley and lemon juice.
Sweet Deviled Eggs

Slice eggs in half lengthwise, and carefully remove yolks
- 8 large hard-cooked eggs
- 1 TBSP. sugar
- 2 TBSP. prepared mustard
- 2 TBSP. half-and-half
- 1 TBSP. white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Paprika
- Garnish: Fresh Parsely
