  • Soft Goat Cheese --- in a tube, crumbled --- you choose the amount.
  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. Maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. Oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
