- Spinach --- 1 bunch
- Candied pecans -- see below
- Fruit: choice of
- blueberries,strawberries,raspberries,peaches, pomegrante seeds
- Soft Goat Cheese --- in a tube, crumbled --- you choose the amount.
- 1/3 cup Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 tbsp. Maple syrup
- 1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 tsp. Oregano
- salt and pepper to taste

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 oranges diced
- 1 orange peel, grated
Chutney-Mango Ginger

Heat oil in a pot over medium heat
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) vegetable oil
- 1 cup (250 mL) chopped onion
- 1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp (5 mL) chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) finely chopped ginger
- 1 large mango, peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) white vinegar
- 1 tbsp (15 mL)soy sauce
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) chopped coriander
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) lemon juice
- Salt and freshly ground pepper

- 1 small pkg. lipton onion cup of soup or 2 tbsps. onion soup mix
- 1 tbsp. H.P. sauce
- 1 tbsp. worcestersire sauce
- 11/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup or cream soup of your liking.
