I created this recipe and it's WONDERFUL!! I make it all the time and when we have company and it's always a hit

  • 4 tilapia filets
  • 1/2 cup mayo (not low fat)
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. butter (or Pam spray)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans

Preheat your oven to 400°F

  • Crumble topping:
  • Pastry for a single crust pie (or you could do double crust and add a lattice top)
  • 3-4 cups rhubarb, chopped
  • 3-4 cups really good strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2-3 Tbsp. butter
  • Pinch cinnamon (optional)

Add dressing and toss when ready to serve

  • Dressing:
  • fresh cut up broccoli
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 lb. crisp, cut up bacon (Can add handful of peanuts if derired)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/8 cup white sugar
  • 1 tbsp. parmeasan cheese
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar

In a blender, combine all ingredients

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup light whipping cream
  • 1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 2/3 cup Irish Whiskey (strongest)
  • or Canadian Whiskey (less strong) or
  • a combo of both(my fav)
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
  • 2 Tablespoons Hersheys Chocolate Syrup
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract.
