Apple Pudding Cake with Cinnamon-Butter Sauce

30-Minute Mini Meat Loaves

Heat oven to 450°F. In small bowl, stir ketchup and brown sugar until mixed; reserve 1/4 cup for topping
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar

Gran's Apple Cake

- 1-2/3 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 cups chopped peeled tart apples (about 5 medium)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
Caramel-Apple Pie

- 8 cups baking apples, peeled, cored, sliced 1/2 inch (6 to 8 medium apples)
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon milk
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 cup butterscotch caramel topping
- Vanilla ice cream, if desired

- 1 can (14 ounces) fat-free sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup (8 ounces) fat-free reduced-sugar lemon yogurt
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
- 1 carton (8 ounces) reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed, divided
- 1 prepared angel food cake (8 to 10 ounces), cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 tablespoons slivered almonds, toasted

Mini Italian Meat Loaves

Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, mix all ingredients except cheese and additional pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 lb extra-lean (at least 90%) ground beef
- 1/2 cup Progresso® Italian-style dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup pepperoni-flavored pizza sauce (from 14-oz jar)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup shredded Italian-style six-cheese blend or mozzarella cheese (1 oz)
- Additional pizza sauce, heated, if desired
