Heat griddle or skillet over medium heat or electric griddle to 300ºF (grease if necessary)
- 1 pouch Betty Crocker® triple berry muffin mix
- 1 tablespoon Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- Powdered sugar or Pancake syrup, if desired
PHILADELPHIA® Strawberry Mousse

- 1 cup boiling water

- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
- 2/3 cup chopped strawberries
