Quick Tortellini Salad

A light dressing is tossed with tortellini and veggies in a simple, classic pasta salad ready in 25 minutes
- Dressing
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- Salad
- 1 package (9 oz) refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 1/2 cups Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers™ frozen cut green beans
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onions (2 medium)
Breaded Pork Chops

In shallow dish, mix Bisquick mix, cracker crumbs, seasoned salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 12 saltine crackers, crushed (1/2 cup)
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons water
- 8 pork boneless loin chops, 1/2 inch thick (about 2 lb)
- 4 teaspoons vegetable oil
Overnight Egg Casserole

Spray a 9x13-in pan with non-stick spray
- 1 loaf of bread with crusts cut off
- Butter
- 1 - 1 1/2 lbs. sausage, cooked and drained
- 8-12 ozs. sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 can diced chili peppers
- Small onion, diced
- 7 eggs
- 5 cups milk
- Pepper to taste
Lemon Clove Cookies

Mix flour, cloves and salt in medium bowl; set aside
- Lemon Glaze:
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/8 tsp. slat
- 3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
- Mix 1-1/2 cups confectioner's sugar, 2 T. plus 1 tsp. water and 1/4 tsp. lemon extract in small bowl. Drizzle glaze over cooled cookies. Let stand until set.

Preheat oven to 425. Combine pie crust mix with egg
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) pie crust mix
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 to 2 tablespoons cold water
- 1-1/2 cups half and half or milk
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Instant Pudding & Pie Filling, French Vanilla or Vanilla flavor
- Assorted berries or fruit
- Mint leaves, optional

- 1 pound small unpeeled red potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
Parmesan Baked Chicken

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the baking mix, cheese, paprika, salt, pepper and garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

- 1 broiler/fryer chicken (3 to 4 pounds), cut up
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Chocolate Mousse

- 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 egg yolk, lightly beaten
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Whipped cream, optional
