BEAT cream cheese and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until well blended
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (0.3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping, divided
Slow Cooker Sweet and Tangy Short Ribs

In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat
- Ribs
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 lb beef short ribs
- 1 large sweet onion, cut in half, halves sliced (about 3 1/2 cups)
- Sauce
- 1 bottle (12 oz) chili sauce
- 3/4 cup apricot preserves
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons ground mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

- 1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® white cake mix
- Water, vegetable oil and egg whites called for on cake mix box
- 1 container (1 lb) Betty Crocker® Rich & Creamy vanilla or creamy white frosting
- 30 large marshmallows
- Betty Crocker® colored sprinkles
- Birthday candles, if desired
- Use edible glitter in place of the colored sugar for extra sparkle.
- Spray the blades of the scissors with cooking spray to prevent the marshmallows from sticking.

- 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 10 slices Italian bread (1/2 inch thick)

- 3 cups crushed corn bread stuffing
- 1 can (14-3/4 ounces) cream-style corn
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 celery rib, chopped
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
