Vanilla Rich Chip Cake

In a large bowl, combine first seven ingredients
- VANILLA BUTTER GLAZE:
- 1 package (18-1/4 ounces) yellow cake mix
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2-1/4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Cream Cheese Chicken Soup

In a large saucepan, saute onion in butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 3 medium carrots, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
Individual Chicken Pot Pies

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 8 (10-oz) ramekins, custard cups or large muffin cups
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- Dash pepper
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz) condensed chicken broth
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 can (4 oz) Green Giant® mushroom pieces and stems, drained
- 1 cup Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers™ frozen sweet peas
- 1 cup frozen sliced carrots
- 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury® Grands!® Flaky Layers refrigerated original biscuits
- Additional milk, if desired
- Sesame seed, if desired

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar and salt; cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs
- FILLING:
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1-3/4 cup cold shortening
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 8 cups fresh or frozen blackberries
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- Half-and-half cream
Blueberry-Banana-Granola French Toast

- 8 Nature Valley® banana nut crunchy granola bars (4 pouches from 8.9-oz box), crushed (1 1/2 cups)*
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup fat-free (skim) milk
- 1 can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk (not evaporated)
- 3 medium bananas, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 bag (10 oz) frozen blueberries, thawed

- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract, optional
- 6 drops red food coloring, optional
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 carton (12 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
Crustless New York Cheesecake

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, ricotta, sugar and butter until smooth
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 3 cups (24 ounces) ricotta cheese
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cups (16 ounces) sour cream
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Assorted fresh fruit
Caramel Apple Crisp

Heat oven to 375ºF. Spray bottom and sides of 8-inch square pan with cooking spray
- 4 medium tart baking apples, peeled, sliced, (4 cups)
- 1/2 cup caramel-butterscotch topping
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Progresso® Plain Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 cup celery
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2 small red apples, cored and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup walnut pieces of sliced almonds
- 6 T. fat-free plain yogurt
- 6 T. mayonnaise
