Strawberry Cheesecake Pie

There's a berried treasure at the bottom of this creamy concoction
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-3/4 cups whipped topping
- 1 cup strawberry glaze
- 1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
- 2 pints fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
- Fresh mint and additional strawberries, optional
Skillet Bow Tie Lasagna

In a large skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic until meat is no longer pink; drain
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2-1/2 cups uncooked bow tie pasta
- 3/4 cup 4% cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie

Cheesecake lovers will savor every bite of this light and pretty pie,
- Pastry for a single-crust pie (9 inches)
- 1 package (8 ounces) reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3-1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup reduced-sugar strawberry preserves
- Fat-free whipped topping, optional
Apple-Bacon Egg Bake

In a small bowl, beat the eggs
- 3 eggs
- 1 small apple, diced
- 3/4 cup frozen potatoes, thawed
- 1/3 cup 2% milk
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 3 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled, divided
- Dash salt and pepper
Tres Leches Cake

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish
- Cake
- 1 box (1 lb 2.25 oz) yellow cake mix with pudding
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- Sauce
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/3 cup rum or 1 teaspoon rum extract plus 1/3 cup water
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- Topping
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/3 cup coconut chips, toasted
- 1/3 cup chopped macadamia nuts
Indulgent Brownie Torte

Heat oven to 350ºF. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil so foil extends about 2 inches over sides of pan
- 1 box Betty Crocker® Supreme chocolate chunk or triple chocolate chunk brownie mix
- Water, oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
- 1 container Betty Crocker® Rich & Creamy chocolate frosting
- Chocolate curls, if desired
Lemon Cream Cheese-Blueberry Pie

Heat oven to 450°F. Bake pie crust as directed on box for One-Crust Baked Shell, using 9-inch glass pie plate
- Crust:
- 1 box Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
- Filling:
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 box (4-serving size) lemon instant pudding and pie filling mix
- Topping:
- 1 can (21 oz) blueberry pie filling with more fruit
- 1 cup frozen (thawed) whipped topping
- Lemon wedges, if desired
Fruit Kabobs with Citrus Dip

- 1 can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks
- 1 large ripe banana, cut into 1-inch slices
- 1-1/2 cups cubed cantaloupe
- 1-1/2 cups cubed honeydew
- 1/2 cup halved fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup orange or lemon yogurt
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mini Fruit Pizzas

- 2 tablespoons frozen limeade concentrate
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3 cups fresh blueberries, sliced strawberries and kiwifruit
- Powdered sugar, if desired

- 1 can (13.4 oz) dulce de leche (caramelized sweetened condensed milk)
- Sweetened whipped cream, if desired
