- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
Creamy Chicken Salad

In a large bowl, combine the chicken, pasta, grapes, oranges, celery, almonds and onion
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
- 1 cup cooked small ring pasta
- 1 cup halved seedless red grapes
- 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
- 3 celery ribs, chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 1 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1 cup reduced-fat whipped topping
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Lettuce leaves, optional

- 1 cup crushed gingersnap cookies (about 20 cookies)
- 3/4 cup crushed vanilla wafers (about 25 wafers)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1-3/4 cups white grape juice
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2-1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1-1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
Slow-Cooker Pecan-Cinnamon Pudding Cake

- 2 packages (6 ounces each) raspberry gelatin
- 4 cups boiling water
- 1 quart raspberry sherbet
- 1 can (14 ounces) pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream

- Unsalted butter, for pans
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup cornstarch
- 6 large whole eggs, plus 4 large egg yolks, room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract, divided
- ¾ cup vegetable oil
- 1 quart (4 cups) heavy cream
- ½ cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise, optional
- 1 pint small strawberries, hulled
- ½ pint each blackberries, red raspberries, golden raspberries and blueberries
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

- 1/4 cup cooked crumbled bacon or 6 slices packaged precooked bacon (from 2.2-oz package), chopped
