Patriotic Trifle

In two small bowls, combine each gelatin flavor with 1 cup boiling water
- 1 package (3 ounces) berry blue gelatin
- 1 package (3 ounces) strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 cups cold whole milk
- 2 packages (3.4 ounces each) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
- 1 quart fresh strawberries, quartered
- 1 prepared angel food cake (8 to 10 ounces), cut into 1-inch cubes

- 1 lb bulk Italian pork sausage
- 1 cup tomato pasta sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
Milk Chocolate-Butterscotch Cafe Cookies

- 1 roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated sugar cookies
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- 2 Hershey's® milk chocolate candy bars (1.55 oz each), unwrapped, finely chopped
Frosty Raspberry Parfaits

Place 2 cups raspberries in a food processor; cover and process until blended
- 4 cups fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed, divided
- 4 egg yolks, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
- Additional fresh raspberries, optional
Mini Honey-Almond Cranberry Crostatas

Heat oven to 425°F. Place cooking parchment paper on cookie sheet
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 1/4 cups fresh or frozen whole cranberries
- 1 Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on box
- 3 tablespoons almond paste, softened (from 3 1/2-oz tube)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sliced almonds
- 8 teaspoons honey
Yummy Oatmeal Apple Cookie Squares

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 15½x10½x1-inch pan with shortening
- 1 Butter Flavor Crisco stick
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup apple juice
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. each baking powder and baking soda
- ¼ tsp. nutmeg
- 4 cups quick oats (not instant or old-fashioned)
- 2 cups peeled, diced apples
- ½ cup raisins (optional)
Crescent Caramel Swirl

- 1/2 cup butter (not margarine)
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar

- 1 cup uncooked penne pasta
- 8 fresh asparagus spears, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2/3 cup julienned carrot
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 large fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped yellow summer squash
- 1/2 cup chopped zucchini
- 1-1/2 cups shredded cooked turkey
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Cheesy Potato Soup

In 12-inch skillet, cook bacon over medium heat, turning occasionally, until browned and crispy
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
- 5 cups diced peeled russet potatoes (about 5 medium)
- 1 medium stalk celery, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 carton (32 oz) chicken broth (4 cups)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups half-and-half
- 1 bag (8 oz) shredded American and Cheddar cheese blend (2 cups)

- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
