Fresh Fruit Tartlets

These mini tarts are perfect for showers, parties or whenever you need a pretty dessert
- 1 envelope whipped topping mix (Dream Whip)
- 1/2 cup cold milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 10 individual graham cracker tart shells
- Assorted fresh fruit
Chicken in a Cloud

Combine all of the potato shell ingredients; spread over the bottom and up the sides of a greased 2-qt
- POTATO SHELL:
- 3-1/2 cups mashed potatoes (without added milk and butter)
- 1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (2.8 ounces) french-fried onions
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- Salt to taste
- FILLING:
- 1-1/2 cups shredded or cubed cooked chicken or turkey
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Strawberry Tiramisu for Two

Cut off the tops of the strawberries and slice the berries
- 1 pint fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons coffee-flavored liqueur

Peanut Butter Cookie Granola

- 1 roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated peanut butter cookies
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup Sliced Almonds
- 1 cup Chopped Pecans
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup Hershey’s® mini chips semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/2 cup Reese's® peanut butter chips
Lemon-Chicken Pasta Salad

Empty Pasta mix into 3-quart saucepan 2/3 full of boiling water
- 1 box Betty Crocker® Suddenly Salad® ranch & bacon pasta salad mix
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1 1/2 cups snow pea pods, strings removed, cut diagonally into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- Leaf lettuce, if desired

- 1/4 cup water
- 4 pasteurized eggs, separated

- 2 packages (1 ounce each) sugar-free instant white chocolate pudding mix

- 3 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 3 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed
- 3 whole strawberries, quartered
Refreshing Ginger Fruit Salad

- 1/3 cup ginger ale
- 1 tablespoon honey or light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 2 nectarines, halved, pitted and sliced
- 1/2 cup seedless green grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup seedless red grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
