Asian Chicken Rolls

Preheat oven to 400; line baking sheet with parchment paper
- 1/3 c chopped scallions
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
- 2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce.
- 1 tsp chili garlic sauce.
- 1 egg separated
- 1/2 can water chestnuts, chopped
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 tsp each white and black sesame seeds.
- For the sauce
- 1/2 c plum jam
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1/4 tsp each salt and red pepper flakes
Bacon Cheeseburger Soup

In large dutch oven, cook bacon until crisp; remove from pan, and drai non paper towels
- 10 slices bacon, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 2 lbs ground chuck
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 32 oz low sodium chicken broth.
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can petite diced tomatoes
- 1 (10.75 oz) can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup dill pickle relish
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- garnish french-fried onion
Fluffy Key Lime Pie

1.Heat oven to 350°F. In small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar
- 1 1/2 cups finely crushed graham crackers (20 squares)
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup Key lime juice
- 1 container (8 oz) frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
Artichokes Au Gratin

- Extra-virgin olive oil, for brushing
- 4 tablespoons plain or seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 12-ounce jar marinated artichoke bottoms, drained and patted dry
- 1 1/2 teaspoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 pound soft sheep's milk cheese or brie, rind removed, sliced
- 1 cup mixed salad greens
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette
Impossibly Easy Banana Custard Pie

1.Heat oven to 350ºF. Grease 9-inch glass pie plate with shortening or spray with cooking spray
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (2 medium)
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup frozen (thawed) whipped topping
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts, if desired
- Caramel topping, warmed, if desired
Creamy Brie Dip

Preheat oven to 400; coat 1 quart baking ish with nonstick spray
- 1/2 cup ied onion
- 5 tsp olive oil, divided
- 1/4 c dry white wine
- 3/4 c canned artichoke hearts chopped
- 1/2 c heavy cream
- 1 wheel Brie cheese, rind removed, cubed (13.2 oz)
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- minced zest of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tsp worchestershire sauce
- cayenne totaste
- 2 tbsp minced freshly parsley
- 2 tsp minced fresh taragon or 1 tsp dried tarragon
- 1 can lump crabmeat, drained (6.5 oz)
- 1/2 cup panko crums
- Thnly sliced toasted baguettes or crackers.
Aioli

Whisk minced garlic with 2 egg yolks
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 c olive oil
- lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
Baked Potato Dip

Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and cheddar cheese in a medium bowl until blended
- 1 16 oz container reduced fat sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Potato chips
- Carrot and celery sticks or raw vegetable platter

- 2/3 cup unsweetened apple juice.
- 1/4 cup canola oil.
