Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake

- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar

- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar

- 2 Tbsp. flour
- Peanut Butter Layer:
- 3 pkgs. cream cheese softened
- 1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/3 c. heavy whipping cream
- Chocolate Ganache:
- 3 (1 oz) squares semi sweet chocolate
- 2 Tbsp. heavy whipping cream
- Garnish:
- Chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups around perimeter of cheesecake top and a small pile of them in the middle of the cheesecake.
