Easy Cream Cheese Danish

- 2 (10 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent roll

- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, diced
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 teaspoons sour cream
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened

- 4 small packets of sugar freelemonade Kool-Aid (you can also use 4 tablespoons of citric acid--if you can find it)

Combine first 6 ingredients in heavy saucepan
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin
- 1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 12 ounces white chocolate chips
- 7 ounce jar marshmallow creme
- 1 1/2 vanilla
Muffin Pancakes

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Mini Pancakes made in muffin tins. So easy!
- Note: Depending on the size of your muffin tin, recipe yields 12-18 muffins.
- 1 cup milk
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup (all-purpose) flour

- 1 tsp. vanilla
