Penne with chicken, broccoli and cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 chicken breast halves cut into thin strips
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 1/2 cups penne pasta
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 3 1/2 ounces gargonzola
  • parm cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter. Add chicken and garlic with salt and pepper. Fry over medium heat for 3 minutes. Pour wine and cream over chicken. Simmer for about 5 minutes.

Cook pasta, steam broccoli. Mix together with gargonzola. Top with parm.
