BUFFALO CHICKEN WING DIP

Spread cream cheese in 8x8 dish
- 1 can chicken (large size)
- 1 8 oz. brick cream cheese
- 1/2 c blue cheese dressing
- 1/4 c Hot Sauce / Cayenne pepper sauce
- 1 pkg. shredded Monterrey Jack or Taco cheese
- Celery sticks, crackers or corn chips
Basic Tomato sauce

Directions 1. Heat oil in a large stockpot over medium heat

- 1/4 * 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup chopped shallots

1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray

- 3 cups apple pie filling (from two 21-oz. cans)

- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, if desired

Orange Soy Glazed Green Beans

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large onion thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- heat oil, sautee until golden
- 1 package of green beans- steam
- Add beans to onion mixture.
- Add 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- Heat and serve.
Blue Cheese Dressing

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour

- GLAZE
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 5 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
