8 oz. brick cream cheese
c blue cheese dressing
c Hot Sauce / Cayenne pepper sauce
pkg. shredded Monterrey Jack or Taco cheese
Celery sticks, crackers or corn chips
Spread cream cheese in 8x8 dish. Mix hot sauce with chicken and pour over the cream cheese. Add blue cheese and pkg. of shredded cheese. Pour into square 8x8 oven-safe dish. Bake at 350°F until cheese is melted and bubbly. **Stir with a fork to mix all ingredients. It stays smoother and is easier to scoop.
