Bay Scallop Saute

Garlic Chicken Stir Fry

Directions: 1. Heat peanut oil in a wok or large skillet
- 2 Tb. peanut oil
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped

- 4 limes, juiced
- 1 cup white sugar

- 1/2 gallon water

Classic Swiss Cheese Fondue

- 2/3 lb. of Swiss Emmental, cubed

- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 c. milk
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. baking soda
- 1 Tb. margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Grilled Chicken Fajitas
