Buttery Garlic-Herb Rolls

- 1 Tb. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 (3 lb.) pkg. frozen white dinner-roll dough, (18 rolls), thawed
Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies

In a large bowl, combine the sugar, butter, cream cheese, salt, almond and vanilla extracts, and egg yolk
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
Mocha Java Mix

- 1/4 c. instant coffee granules
- 1/2 c. + 2 Tb. sugar
- 1/2 c. + 1 Tb. nondairy creamer

- 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- 2/3 c. light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract

- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, (6.75 oz.)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Simple Grilled Pineapple Milhojas

- 2 (5 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
- 3 sheets puff pastry
- 12 pineapple rings
- 1 pint citrus sorbet of your choice

Apricot Foldovers

For filling, mix all ingredients together in a medium saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil
- Filling:
- 1 c. chopped dried apricots
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 tb. flour
- Pastry:
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. + 2 tb. butter, chilled and cut into pieces
- 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, cut into pieces
- 1/3 c. ice water

Drain cherries, reserving juice; set cherries aside
- Cinnamon Roll Topping:
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) pitted tart cherries
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tb. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 Tb. red-hot candies
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 6 Tb. brown sugar, divided
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 14 c. milk
- 1 Tb. butter, softened
- 1/3 c. finely chopped pecans
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Lemon Glaze:
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 Tb. lemon juice

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 c. chopped pecans, plus 1 c. more for topping bread, if desired
- 3/4 c. butter, softened
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 large eggs
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. mashed bananas, (about 4 medium)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- Orange Glaze: opt.
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. orange zest
- 3 Tb. fresh orange juice
Full Moon Cafe Tortilla Soup

Add cheese to stock and stir until melted
- 1/2 gallon chicken stock
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- Combine these ingredients and bring to a boil.
- To thicken make a roux.
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. flour
- Melt butter. Stir in flour. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and thickened.
- Stir roux into stock.
- 1 c. Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese mixed
- 1 pint half and half
- 2 tsp. diced jalapenos
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 c. cooked diced chicken meat, (Full moon marinates chicken in fajita seasonings)
