In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, and soup mix
- 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp onion soup and dip mix
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
Pasta Salad With Chicken

Dressing: In a medium-size bowl, whisk together vinegar, mayonnaise, honey, salt and pepper
- Dressing:
- 3 tbsp white vinegar
- 2 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh dill, chopped
- Pasta Salad:
- 8 oz mini wagon wheel, bowties or fusilli pasta
- 2 cups white meat from rotisserie chicken, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 sweet red pepper, cored and diced
- 2 celery ribs, trimmed and chopped
- 1/2 cup crumble feta cheese
Salisbury Steak

- 2 lbs ground chuck
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp prepared horseradish
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 (10.5 oz) can French onion soup

Fluffy Buttermilk Waffles

Whisk together first 4 ingredients in a large bowl
- 2 cups cake flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp table salt
- 4 large eggs, separated
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Chocolate Ganache Tarts

In a small bowl, beat butter and cream cheese until blended; beat in flour
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 pkg (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- Whipped cream, fresh raspberries and confectioners' sugar, optional
Almond Poppy Seed Bars

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Frosting:
- 2 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp almond extract

- 4 1/2 tsp poppy seeds

Corn and Tomato Pasta Salad

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain
- 1 1/2 cups dried bow tie pasta
- 2 fresh ears of corn or 1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 2 to 3 tbsp purchased basil pesto
- 1 tbsp chicken broth or water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- Romaine leaves
- 2 tbsp finely shredded Parmesan cheese
- Snipped fresh basil
