Mix sugar, vinegar, and mayonnaise together
- 1 (16 oz) pkg coleslaw
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 5 tbsp white vinegar
- 5 tbsp mayonnaise
- pepper and garlic powder to taste
Hot Mango Chutney Baked Beans

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 8 bacon slices
- 1 large sweet onion, chopped
- 1 (53-oz) can pork and beans in tomato sauce, drained
- 1 (9-oz) jar hot mango chutney
- 3 pickled jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp hot sauce
Katie's Peach Pretzel Salad

Mix crushed pretzels, sugar and margarine; press in a 9x13-inch pan and bake for about 8 minutes at 350 degrees
- 2 cups pretzels, crushed
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3/4 cup melted margarine
- 2 small boxes of peach Jell-o
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 large can peaches, reserve juice
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp light corn syrup
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder

- 2 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 1/4 cup hot red pepper jelly
- 8 hamburger buns
- Toppings: grilled sweet onion and pineapple slices

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp grated orange rind (or 2/3 tsp minced, dried orange peel)
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine (1 1/2 sticks), softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 15-oz can pure pumpkin puree
- 1 cup fresh, chopped cranberries
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Italian Seasoning Mix

Mix all ingredients in a spice grinder
- 3 tbsp dried basil
- 3 tbsp dried oregano
- 3 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

In melted butter, saute garlic, onions, celery, and carrots until just tender, 6 minutes
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 4 (14.5 oz) cans chicken broth
- 1 (14.5 oz) can vegetable broth
- 1/2 pound chicken breast, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 3 cups egg noodles
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- dash of poultry seasoning
- pinch of thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
