Sweet and Tangy Corn on the Cob

IN small bowl combine all sauce ingredients; blend well
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley or 1/2 t. dried
- 6 ears corn on the cob
Squash Casserole

PREHEAT the oven to 350. Spray and 8 inch square pan with cooking oil
- 6 medium yellow summer squash
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 10 each soda crackers, crumbled
- 1 each egg, slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- salt and pepper
Kentucky Grilled Chicken (skinny)

In a small bowl, combine first five ingredients; mix well
- 1 c cider vinegar
- 1/2 c canola oil
- 5 t Worcestershire sauce
- 4 t hot pepper sauce
- 2 t salt
- 10 bone in chicken breast halves (10 oz ea)
Tropical Crisp

Put together in large bowl the first 4 ingredients
- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled and cubed
- 4 med bananas, sliced
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 2 T flour
- TOPPING
- 1/3 c oats
- 1/4 c flour
- 2 T flaked coconut
- 1/4 t nutmeg
- 1/4 c cold butter, cubed
Sparkling Molded Fruit Salad

PLACE jello in a medium size bowl
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 package 6oz lemon jello
- 2 cups cold ginger ale
- 1/2 cup green grapes
- 1/2 cup red seedless grapes
- 1 can 11oz mandarin oranges
Roasted Butternut Squash

PREHEAT oven to 400. Line large baking sheet with foil and coat with nonstick cooking spray
- 1 pound butternut squash, peeled and cubed
- 2 medium onions, coarsely chopped
- 2 cups carrot, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
Standing Rib Roast

- 5 lb standing rib roast, bone in
- 1 T Paula's house seasoning
Pasta Vegetable Salad

Notes: This salad does not really have to go by measurement
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked shell macaroni
- 1/2 cup sliced zucchini
- 1/2 cup small broccoli florets
- 2 Tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 6 ounces jar of artichoke hearts, drained and cut
- 2/3 cup Italian salad dressing
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 each avocado peeled and cubed
Oven Roasted Vegetables

- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Sea Shell Tuna Salad
