Butter a 9x13 baking dish
- 2-8oz cans crescent rolls
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c 7 up or Mountain Dew
- 2 apples
Herb Mustard Chicken Quarters

For sauce, in a small bowl combine mustard, parsley, oregano, water and red pepper
- 2 T dijon style mustard
- 1 T snipped fresh parsley
- 1 T snipped fresh oregano or 1 t dried
- 1 T water
- 1/8 t ground red pepper
- 3 -3 1/2 lb whole broiler fryer chicken, cut into quarters
Buffalo Chicken Enchiladas with Creamy Ranch Sauce

1. Heat oven to 350 and spray Pam in a 13x9 baking dish
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup refrigerated sour cream ranch dip
- 2/3 cup green onion, chopped
- 3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
- 3/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 12 each six inch tortillas
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Avocado Pesto Pasta

- 1 lb linguine
- 1 bunch fresh basil, reserve some for garnish
- 1/2 c pine nuts
- 2 avocados, pitted and peeled
- 2 T lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 c olive oil

Coconut Pecan Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Preheat the oven to 325. Melt the butter in a large mixing bowl
- 1 3/4 c light brown sugar
- 1 c butter melted
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 T vanilla
- 2 c flour
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1/2 t kosher salt
- 1 c old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 c pecans roughly chopped
- 1 c shredded sweetened coconut
- 1 1/3 c chocolate chunks
Breaded Ranch Chicken

IN a shallow bowl, combine the cornflakes, Parmesan cheese and salad dressing mix
- 3/4 cup crushed cornflakes
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 envelope ranch salad dressing
- 8 each boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
Alfredo Sauce

- 1/2 c butter
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 c heavy cream
- 1/4 t white pepper
- 1/4 t salt

Chicken and Rice Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 10 3/4 ounce can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 4 ounce jar pimentos
- 1 8 ounce can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 2 14 1/2 ounce cans green beans, drained and rinsed
- 3 cup diced cooked chicken
- 1 medium onion, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoon butter or vegetable oil
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 6 ounce box long-grain wild rice, cooked according to package directions
