Parmesan Crusted Chicken

- 1/4 c flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves 6oz each
- 1 T olive oil
- 2 t lemon juice
Loaded Cauliflower Casserole

Preheat oven to 350. Steam cauliflower florets until tender
- 2 lbs cauliflower florets
- 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
- 8 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 T heavy cream
- 2 bunches green onion, sliced (1 1/2c)
- 6 sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- salt and pepper to taste
Ziti Baked Easy

PREHEAT oven to 350. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook ziti until barely tender, about 8 minutes
- 1 pound ziti pasta
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 can Italian tomatoes (35 oz)
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 can tomato paste (6 oz)
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano

- 2 cups part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
