Gourmet Oatmeal Cookie

Preheat oven to 350. Beat margarine and sugars until creamy on high until real fluffy
- 1 c margarine or butter
- 1 c packed brown sugar
- 1 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 T milk
- 2 t vanilla
- 2 1/2 c 3min Brand old fashion oats
- 2 c all purpose flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 t baking soda
- 2 c rice krispies cereal (secret ingredient)
- 1 ro 2 c pecans
- 1 t salt
- Extra you may add
- 2 c butterscotch chiprs
- or
- 2 c chocolate chips
- or
- 1 c coconut (adds chewwiness)
All Day Long Crock Pot Beef

CUT beef roast into serving sized portions
- 1 1/2 pounds beef roast
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 each garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 package onion soup mix
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon steak sauce
- 3 each carrot, sliced
- 2 each celery stalk, diced
- 1 each green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 each yellow onion
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup tomato juice
Crafty Crescent Lasagna

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- salt and pepper
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 1/2 cup creamed cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- Crust
- 8 ounces can Pillsbury Crescent Dinner roll
- 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 each egg, beaten
Chili Cheese Hash Brown Potatoes

PREHEAT oven to 350. IN a large size mixing bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 1/3 cup onions, finely chopped
- 1 can 4oz chopped green chilies
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Tobasco sauce
- 2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
Cajun Pork Roast

Combine all seasonings and rub well over all surfaces of roast
- 2 pounds boneless pork loin roast

Cowboy Brisket

- 4 pounds first cut brisket
- 3 cloves garlic cut into slivers
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 4 each large onions thinly sliced
- 1 cup cider vinegar

- 1 cup strong black coffee
