Chicken Jalapeno Dip, Fabulous

Combine all ingredients. Transfer to a greased 8_-square ovenproof pan
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
- 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. minced red bell pepper
- 4 Tbs. minced jalapeno pepper
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. Tabasco

Sprinkle yeast on warm water; stir to dissolve and let stand 5 minutes
- 1 envelope dry yeast
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 7 c. flour
- 1/4 c. shortening, at room temperature
- Powdered sugar for coating
Buffalo Chicken Dip

- 8 8 8 oz. cream cheese
- 6 6 6 oz. cooked chicken
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 c. wing sauce
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 c. blue cheese crumbles
- 2 2 2 green onions, sliced

- 1 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 tsp. chopped garlic
- 2 Tbs. plus 1 Tbs. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- Pepper

PREPARATION: 1.Preheat oven to 450º F with rack in the middle of the oven
- INGREDIENTS:
- Serves: 6-8
- 2 large - Vine ripened Beefsteak tomatoes
- 11/4 cups - Tomato marinade (see recipe below)
- 1 loaf - Fresh Cuban bread, 3/4 pound
- 6 tbsp - Garlic herb butter (see recipe below)
- 1/4 cup - Fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup - Fresh basil leaves, sliced crosswise 1/8"
- 1 sprig - Fresh basil for garnish

- GARLIC BUTTER INGREDIENTS:
- 4 tbsp Lightly salted butter, softened
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tbsp Scallion, sliced 1/8"
- TOMATO MARINADEINGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup White wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup Fresh orange juice
- 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

- 1 jar pepperoncinis
- Chuck or sirloin tip roast, 3-5 lbs.
- 3 c. beef broth
- 1-2 pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 3/4 tsp. basil
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 onion, sliced and quartered
